Appeal of Emergency !

Since the zenith of the German and Austrian yatras under the guidance of Harikesh Swami, many years have passed. With the unexpected resignation from his duties as guru and ISKCON GBC in 1998, the yatras and his disciples were left perplexed and disoriented. The inheritance of almost € 1.000.000 debts for abandoned projects and creditors as well as the caused spiritual hurts turned out to be a bad dream for the German-Austrian ISKCON temples and their devotees.

Despite many painful efforts, the yatras have not been able to free themselves from the unsolved and paralysing burden of the past, left behind by irresposible authorities. The consequences are dangerously threatening! If the commitment payments to the creditors do not take place regularly, the sale of the only three German ISKCON temples, within a very short time, will be unavoidable!

To tackle this problem, H.G. Ravindra Svarupa Das, H.H. Sacinandana Swami, H.G. Krishna Ksetra Das and the members of the German National Council are supporting this 4-step-plan that will be executed step by step in the course of the next three years.

1. To inform everyone in Germany and world wide about the situation.

2. To work out possible ways to pay back those debts, and call for emergency help.

3. To establish a new structure to avoid similar mistakes in the future.

4. To sort out mistakes commited in the past and try to heal emotional hurts.

We cannot do this alone. We need your help!

As a large ISKCON family, let us put all our strengths together,
to save and free Srila Prabhupada´s mission from this destructive burden.
